Various mixed forest mushrooms in a jar with olive oil. Ideal for aperitif, toasts, pasta sauce, salads, and as a side dish.
Ingredients: Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis, and fungi of the same family), olive oil, butterscotch mushrooms (Pholiota microspora), Chanterelle mushrooms (Chantarellus cibarius), and Charbonnier mushrooms (Tricoloma Portentosam), in varying proportions, wine vinegar, salt, lemon juice, natural flavourings.
