Whole meat product, salted and seasoned. Obtained from boned pork leg, with lard used to soften the surface of the product that is not covered by rind or fat.
Sizes: from 1.2-1.4 kg approx. Store the whole product at 10-12?C, or 2-8?C for vacuum-packed slices
