Our Parmigiano Reggiano is a long-aged cheese - at least 12 months - made from cow’s milk, veal rennet, and a pinch of salt. It is composed of 30% water and 70% nutritious substances, and takes on a sweeter or spicier flavour and after-taste depending on its ageing, and the cow the milk comes from.

All our Parmigiano Reggiano is marketed directly by the company, through direct sales to final consumers, small traders or wholesalers, restaurateurs, and admirers of our product, throughout Italy and abroad.
