ORGANIC WHOLEMEAL FLOUR
Characteristics
Flour obtained from grinding cereals cultivated on farms in the Le Marche Region of Italy. The flour comes from wheat that is ground without being sieved. Grinding takes place in a traditional stone mill, which gives the flour its natural, authentic flavour. Suitable for making wholemeal bread, or for blending with white flour to obtain both sweet and savoury bakery products, lighter or darker according to preference.
